I found out that if you get all "D" endings except Timo's (because it's impossible) you also unlock the special endings. So D ranks on request 1-3 for Kia, a C for Timo, and failure by expiration for 5 and 6 and then D endings 1-3 for Louise and 4-6 fail by expiration.
But this doesn't work if you need to get the S ending in order to get some of the D endings, but it's just something i found by accident.
