Yes, I think I know what you are talking about. I believe that the ending you are thinking of is a slightly different ending from the normal ending 10 and (I think) occurs if you are following the path for ending 8 but don't drink the wine. I don't think the CG is any different from the normal ending 10, although I believe there is a ladder involved (like there is in the Sad Lusca ending and Ending 9) and that it is a little longer (in the normal ending 10 you die pretty much right away). It might also be in the path for the Evan ending and failing to obtain the notebook (as in, a slightly different ending from 9 instead of 10). I might be completely wrong though, as I haven't played through the game in a while. I'd check your CG/Events pages and see if you are missing anything around the place that the "bad" endings are. Either way, I don't think you're missing anything important.
